Refund Policy 2025 (Revised)

By registering for the Venice Fitness Pageant, all contestants acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payments, refunds, and participation obligations:
1. Registration Fee and Package Selection

• All contestants are required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable $75 registration fee. This fee is included in the total cost of the selected package (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and is necessary to secure eligibility for participation.

• Contestants must select one of the two available Tier packages at the time of registration. Once selected, the package fee is fully non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance.

2. Refund Policy

• All payments, including registration fees and package fees, are final and non-refundable.

• This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to contestant withdrawal, disqualification, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction with the event or its outcomes.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed rehearsals, photo shoots, coaching sessions, or other scheduled activities.

3. Participation Requirements and Disqualification

• Contestants are required to attend all mandatory rehearsals, photo shoots, coaching sessions, and pageant-related events as scheduled.

• Tardiness, repeated absences, or failure to comply with event schedules will result in immediate disqualification.

• In the event of disqualification due to tardiness, absence, misconduct, or failure to meet participation requirements, no refunds or transfers will be granted.

4. Acts of Nature and Force Majeure

• Venice Fitness Pageant, LLC is not liable for any delays, interruptions, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters)

  • Power outages

  • Government restrictions or mandates

  • Public health emergencies

• In such events, no refunds or compensation will be issued for registration fees, package fees, or any associated costs.

5. Withdrawal Policy

• Contestants who are unable to participate must provide written notice of withdrawal at least eight (8) weeks prior to the scheduled pageant date.

• Please note: The registration fee and any package deposits or payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable even if notice of withdrawal is provided.

6. Agreement to Terms

• By completing registration and submitting payment, contestants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Refund Policy.

• Venice Fitness Pageant, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via the official website at fitnesspageanthuntsville.com.
