For security purposes, all contestants MUST read the contents of these RULES AND REGULATIONS page thoroughly. A signature will be required.

 Eligibility Criteria
1. Age: Contestants must be 19 years old to participate in the Venice Fitness Pageant (VFP).
2. Citizenship: Contestants must be legal citizens of the United States.
3. Gender: Contestants must be natural-born females.
4. Criminal Record: Contestants must not have a criminal record, felony, or any convictions.
5. Character: Contestants must be of excellent moral character.
6. Health: Contestants must be in good health and of sound mind throughout the VFP process.
7. Fitness Journey: Contestants must have been on a continuous health and fitness journey for six months or more.
8. Marital Status: Contestants can be single, married, divorced, or separated with children but cannot be pregnant at the time of the competition. Any change in circumstances must be reported to the VFP office immediately, which may affect eligibility.

Registration and Fees
1. Non-Refundable Fee: Contestants are required to pay a non-refundable registration/application fee.
2. Package Selection: Contestants must choose one of the three-tier packages to secure their spot in the competition. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Conduct and Behavior
1. Moral Character: Contestants must demonstrate grace, elegance, social skills, and etiquette.
2. Prohibited Activities: Contestants must not have been involved in any illegal activities, including drug and alcohol abuse. Titleholders must refrain from smoking and drinking in public while representing the VFP.
3. Public Image: Contestants must not have posed nude or semi-nude in any publication, film, or internet platform.
4. Consent: Contestants must give consent to VFP to televise, record, or video the pageant.
5. Endorsements: Titleholders must obtain written permission from VFP before undertaking any endorsements.

Disqualification
1. False Information: Providing falsified information will result in immediate dismissal and stripping of the title. Prizes must be returned, and the title will be given to the 2nd Runner Up.
2. Criminal Activity: Any involvement in illegal activities or possession of a criminal record will result in disqualification.
3. Unacceptable Behavior: Tardiness, profanity, harassment, or any obscene behavior by contestants or their family/supporters will result in disqualification and immediate removal from the premises.

Competition Structure
1. Non-Bodybuilding Event: The VFP is for women who have been on a continuous fitness journey for six months or more.
2. Judging Criteria**: The competition includes various categories such as Athletic Wear, Dance Routine, After 5 Wear, On-Stage Questions, and Goddess Costume. Each category is scored, and the highest scores determine the winners.

Responsibilities and Obligations
1. Participation: Contestants must attend all rehearsals, training sessions, and events.
2. Attendance: Consistent lateness or absence will lead to disqualification. The non-refundable registration fee will still apply.
3. Personal Property: Contestants must bring personal property in a lockable suitcase. VFP is not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or lost property.

Appearance and Publicity
1. Tattoos and Piercings: Visible tattoos must be discreet and covered. Excessive piercings must be removed.
2. Make-Up and Attire: Guidelines will be provided in the welcome pack.
3. Social Media: Contestants are encouraged to promote VFP positively on social media. Inappropriate content will lead to disqualification.

Titleholder’s Acknowledgement
1. Ownership: The title is owned and controlled by Venice Fitness Pageant, LLC.
2. Conduct: Titleholders must maintain the standards and rules of VFP. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and return of all prizes.
3. Reign Period: Titleholders will hold their title for one year and must attend the next year’s finals to crown new winners.

Legal Compliance
1. Compliance with Laws: Contestants must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Any breach will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
2. Indemnification: Contestants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venice Fitness Pageant, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), and liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Venice Fitness Pageant.

Final Provisions
1. Video Recording: VFP will provide a professional videographer. No personal recording is allowed.
2. Acts of Nature: In case of cancellation or postponement due to severe weather or power failure, registration fees are non-refundable.
3. Dress Code for Guests**: Classy/elegant attire is required for guests attending the event.
4. Amendments: Rules can be changed at any time by the VFP Founder/CEO or Director as deemed appropriate.
